  I don't mean for this to be panera propaganda. But I don't know how or why, I have eaten at other paneras, (cough cough, Roseville next to the mall) and it doesn't nearly taste as good as the Shakopee location. Idk how, why, or what they put in their food differently. Ik they have the exact same cooking instructions and ingredients. But maybe the shakopee location has love in their food. Or doesn't over and under cook simple mac n cheese and other products.

  We come here often for good food and great service. Nick is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to give customers an enjoyable experience. Our favorite Panera location.

  Atmosphere was clam and clean, service was timely and accurate, food was prepared well, was temperature appropriate, and delicious. The gals at the pick up window answered all my questions and kept food moving at a good pace. They are wonderful. Next time im in the area I intend to stop in again.

  There is no employees to take cash! It is all card and no one to welcome you there. I stood there looking confused as 3 employees didn’t even say anything to me and so I walked out! Ridiculous if you ask me
