  My family & I eat at the Shaopee Jimmy Johns least a few times a month. We will continue. Every aspect of the Shakopee location is off the charts 5stars. Tonight there was a big miscommunication on our delivery order. However,after speaking with Alex the manager, my husband & I were put at great ease. He was knowledgeable and kind. Truly empathetic towards our feelings. I and my family will definitely continue to be regular customers. I am going to personally tell all my friends, family, coworkers & neighbors how great Alex the store manager is. Shakopee Jimmy John's is the BOMB! Thaks again Alex.

  Couldn't hear the 12 yr old running the cash register because of the loud music. No napkins and no knives. Sandwiches were ok but not made with any care, sloppy and missing ingredients. Used to love the Beach Club but haven't had one made correctly in the past 2 years. Hopefully it was just an off day for the workers 🤔

  Picked up my mobile order and they're sandwich was missing the meat and the sauce. I received a sandwich with lettuce and tomato. No sauce and no turkey. They fixed the issue with a free sandwich next time. Thank you!

  Could not have any slower of service… corporate needs to retrain this entire crew. 4 customers in the store 4 people working Waited 22 mins for one sandwich and the others were waiting a long time as well
