- MKMeng KhangJan 5, 20261.0My co workers and I order from this location often. But this last time, was the straw that broke the camel's back. I dont care much if they get the order wrong (which happens alot at this location, and I mean alot) but over an hour plus wait, then never getting the order delivered was the last straw. This location doesnt have their act together and they often get the order wrong by forgetting item(s) or the order incorrect. We dont bother with the feedback since whats the point, theirs no fix or accountability. This location has always been lacking, and been a let down. I've taken all order going to EP going forward. Hate to keep continue ordering food from a place that we all like only to continue to be met with failure and disappointment.

Long story short, I ordered online and when I arrived, my order wasn't there. Despite confirmation that I had shown the staff, they could not tell me where it was, and then said it never was placed. This was completely untrue. Long story short no food, no money... I eventually received a refund but after the run around a wait for food that I never got.
