It made placing my order take longer than expected, and I had to use a translator. It might help if there was at least one staff member who could communicate fluently in English to assist customers.

However, the last time I visited (with different workers), I wanted to try a new coffee they released but the workers said they have no idea how to make it. They tried to make it anyways and it was sour coffee. We ordered a hot potato and it was rock hard. The fries were old and cold. Not only that, they were behind two online orders, gave them frosty with no lids, missing food, etc... and it was not rush hour yet. We do not go to this Wendy's anymore.
