  What a joke. No one takes your order. Don't think they even speak English. They just point to the kiosk and make you do it yourself. And they don't even fill the fries up. Eating at home from now on

  We used a kiosk to order, then couldn’t use our QR code coupon. We ordered through an employee. The total was over $2 more than at the kiosk before the coupon. Almost all flavors of soda were out in the dining room. There were no zero/low calorie choices. All my food was cold. Chicken nuggets, fries (weren’t full) and burger. And my shoes stuck to the floor. It literally felt like a slap in the face spending my money here.

  Counter person seemed annoyed with me wanting to order directly from her. Had to use the restroom and the smell of urine was so strong it made me nauseous and then no toilet paper. Counter person forgot to give me the frosty I ordered and then questioned me like I wasn’t being honest when I went up to get it. Also no containers for ketchup. They were busy so I can forgive some of this but no excuse for rudeness and a disgusting bathroom.

  I don’t usually have an issue with food but they’ve dropped off. They gave me a very undercooked borderline raw potato. If you don’t have potatoes ready I’m willing to get something else just tell me but they don’t communicate. Also dry tenders, rip.
