They hate you more if you use a national coupon. Had my sandwich pickup obviously sabotaged with so much salt to the point it was not edible. Also started rejecting coupons online. I was given the evil eye just picking up my order. Will never return. I would drive miles and miles to another subway rather than 1 mile to this one.

We even ordered online to avoid being in line. 5 meals, asked for drink carriers and was told no, as he was looking at the broken down soda machine. Why wouldn't you tell me that prior to ordering...as in, you can only get bottles etc. Also, explaining the issie once there would've worked too. The two working just couldn't be bothered. We won't be back.
