Both plate and bowl are clean...no food being taken home for leftovers. The young lady at the register was professional, greeted me with a smile and helped me navigate the menu since it's been a while since I've visited Panera Bread. Background music not too loud. They had an active fireplace going which was nice. Evening was slow but not vacant. Easily composing this review with little distractions. Would come here again with friends and family.

The Philly cheesesteak ciabatta sandwich was all bread, and hardly any meat and fixings. The fruit cup was only half filled and it was not fresh (you’ll only get pineapple and melons). Panera is no longer worth what they charge. 🥴

Two orders in a row now with sandwiches thrown together, and missing added ingredients. Don't bother customizing because they probably just won't do it. The mac n cheese is still good and the soups probably are too but the sandwiches are a mess.

You get no service in this establishment, self serve order at the kiosk. Customer service is truly dying. No person to person interaction at all. Sad.
