  Just had the worst experience at a fast food place. I placed my order, Jeff gave me the total it was $2.14. I used the $2 10 piece chicken nugget coupon for the twins scoring runs. Then I placed a second order and used my points for a free cheeseburger and I also added a mcchicken. Jeff told me the total would be $2.87 or something like that. Now this was at 2:59am when my order was placed. I pull up to the window and he tells me the first order would be $5.80 or something. I said I used a coupon and he told me I didn’t, that it was just for points, even thought you told me a different price at the order screen. So I had to reapply the coupon again. The total went back down to 2.14 like he said to begin with. Then I try to pay for the second order with the free cheeseburger. Nope Jeff say it’s going to be $5 something now. So I tried to reapply the free cheeseburger coupon again but Jeff said I’m not allowed to. So I canceled the order. Why would I place to separate orders just to get points only on both of them. Doesn’t make sense. Jeff had a horrible and disrespectful attitude the whole time. He wasn’t helpful or polite. I’ll call corporate in the morning see what they do. Hey Jeff you told me to do it, so I’m going to. First time for everything.

  Tried the new "Mcrispy Strips" they were absolutely horrible. By far the worse chciken stripes I've ever had. They were incredibly soggy and were clearly microwaved. Idk if the chicken strips are to blame for being that bad or whoever cooked them at the restaurant just didn't care. Deff disappointed about the experience. Will not be trying again. People this is your warning if you're thinking about trying them. I suggest you do not.

  I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s and placed a very simple order—nothing complicated at all. When I got home and opened the bag, the entire order was completely wrong. I called the store to let them know about the mistake, and the “manager” who answered was beyond rude and completely dismissive. Getting an order wrong is one thing, but the way I was treated when I tried to address it was unacceptable. If this is the kind of attitude they allow from their management, then they seriously need to invest in some basic customer service training. I will absolutely be contacting corporate about this experience because the service I received was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a business that big.

  Best McDonald's in the country. They have never got my order wrong. Always hot and fresh food.

  We stop in weekly for a dinner meal and always get Great service and food!😜👍
