  The Domino’s Pizza located in downtown Shakopee, MN has combined two serious problems. First, the cleanliness is very poor. Second, most of the employees are disrespectful. With the exception of the person working the phone/call section, the rest of the staff were busy with themselves. It happened that an order I was waiting for was just sitting there, but no one bothered to call my name or hand it to me, until I finally decided to leave. If you order delivery, they also mess things up. For example, as far as I know right now, I am missing several items, including drinks

  While I normally love Domino’s my experience recently was subpar. One of the pizzas was wrong and the guy on the phone offered little support. Truly hoping future experiences will be better

  Yelling at customers to check the screen for our orders when he should’ve greeted us and asked but it’s too much will never again

  The team tonight (Nov 20) killed it. I had (stupidly) ordered pizzas for the next day! I was gonna just take the loss but these guys rushed to get my pizzas out fresh and hot right then and there, pizzas are perfect too. thank you guys
