If you don’t have the items available, you should take them off the app so they’re not available to customers to order. It has happened multiple times now where I order online at night, and they don’t have any rice or meet or guac or chips. Sometimes they will tell you as soon as you arrive. But other times they don’t, so you don’t figure it out until you’re home that your order is a 1/4 of what you paid for. I get that people want to go home early and pre-close. But I would seriously consider not closing the kitchen so early so that you don’t run out of food every night.
