    Fairly certain I paid for, but never received the "extra shot" in my blended turtle mocha. Otherwise, same as any other location.

    It’s time to stop . I’ve been going to this place for years and i can’t understand why I spend my hard earned money for this cup of ice and 3oz of coffee. The big companies are getting greedy and they have the nerve to add a tip option when we pay They pay their employees minimum wages and ask us to tip when there profits are through the roof.the other thing that gets me is I go every morning then around 9am I get a text or email about a discount or perk of the day so you expect me to go back and purchase more. 😂 😂

    Order was wrong. Coffee taste burnt, which is not my experience with Caribou usually. Greeted nonchalantly, then cut us off when we were stating we were here for mobile order. Asked for perks number and asked order. Abruptly told to pull forward.

    I came in at 545 am. One bathroom was filthy and had no soap in the dispenser. The other bathroom had no toilet paper.
