  I’ve eaten here more than a dozen times in the last few years. It’s great. Don’t make your order complicated. Just go into the store, tell them what you want in your burrito bowl (no “extra this,” “extra that”), and be happy.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was disgusting sloppily made, low quality, and honestly inedible. It looked like it was rushed with zero effort.When I went back to ask about it, instead of fixing the issue or even apologizing, I was met with attitude and disrespect. No accountability whatsoever. If this is the level of quality and service they’re okay with, that’s a serious problem.

  food is always so good and delicious! A classmate from high school works there! But i have going to this chipotle for the last five months, the food is always so good but terrible customer service every time. employees seem lost or not all there, like missing asked items or repeating yourself multiple times and still missing things. Today March 27th I walked into the store with my boyfriend. He ordered first and then i asked for a kids meal, i had asked for one just a week or so prior and was able to get everything I asked for. today, however When asked what I would like with my kids meal, I said could I have lettuce please? Instead of the quesadilla or tacos? The worker then looked at me with a very annoyed expression and said again would you like a quesadilla or tacos? I said I can’t have either. I am allergic to gluten may I have lettuce, please she did nothing. Then asked in gesture to the three portions of the kids meal what would you like? I then asked if I could get rice in the large portion of the kids mailbox she then put rice in the three small portions of the kids meal after it was handed off to the next person. I asked if I could have lettuce in the large portion of the kids meal. She then put it in a side cup in packaged the rest of my meal, I asked the cashier can I add more to this meal? She said no I had already filled up all of the spots so I said I would not like that anymore. Can I get something else please Since it was quite literally a container of rice and a container of lettuce, I didn’t necessarily want that for my lunch. So I went back and asked for a bowl, brown rice, steak, cheese, and lettuce when I got the rice and steak I was given small portions and the employee tossed my bowl over to the next person. She then added a very nice size of cheese and lettuce. The cashier asked us if we would like anything else and we just paid for our two bowls and one about our day. I’ve been to this place dozens of times the food is always so good but The customer service experience has not been good

  Extremely terrible customer service. Stood right in front of staff and they looked and didn't help. Crazy!

  I’ve had bad customer service before, but Cesar at Chipotle takes it to another level. Every time I see this guy behind the counter, I already know my mood is about to be ruined. The attitude is unreal—rude, dismissive, and acts like customers are a problem instead of his job. I met his twin brother in Qdoba and the nicest human being, but I don’t know why this guy is like this to so many of my friends family and me and even other customers that I seen. He continues saying “I hate when this dumb customers put items on the side instead of the bowl “ I honestly don’t understand how he’s still working here. No professionalism, no respect, just straight-up negative energy every single time. It’s like he goes out of his way to make the experience worse. Chipotle seriously needs to fix this because one employee like this can drive loyal customers away. I won’t be coming back if I have to deal with him again.
