  I can take a screenshot of my receipt. Second time I have received half the food I paid for. Nobody will get your food or bring it curbside. The app doesnt work. Walk in the store show them your digital receipt and you receive half your order. Total catastrophe. I am willing to bet the franchise owner has no idea what is going on at this location.

  Negative experience with all 3 employees interacted with. I generally do not write negative reviews, I also work in customer service and know how people can be, that being said I was treated poorly for no apparent reason. The drive-thru mic kept breaking up and I couldn’t understand, I asked them to repeat themselves twice, they ignored me and I sat in silence for at least 20 seconds til they finally said “What’s your order?”. After paying the cashier walked away without saying anything, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to wait there for the food or pull forward. At the next window my order was wrong, no big deal, but she rolled her eyes and said I didn’t order what I said I had, looking at her coworker who was annoyed and rubbing their face in agony at me like I was an idiot. She did eventually take my card and give me the rest of my order, but was clearly agitated and being passive aggressive. I went about each of these interactions smiling and saying please and thank you to show them I was nice and not trying to be mean or annoying. Not to mention my cold food and incorrect amount of nuggets. Left just feeling kind of bad. :(

  I was picking up a DoorDash order and was told on the app to walk into the store. As I walked inside I was scolded by a cook that they were closed and pointed outside. Another employee walked up and I showed him my phone and he gave me the order but locked the doors after I walked out. I did exactly what the app told me to do and was treated like I was insane!

  Asked for a BLENDED fanta drink and got this BS. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I cannot believe someone would make this let alone hand it to me.
