Unfortunately, the manager only had one person working so ended up waiting 14 minutes for the employee to do our order. Apparently you get a lower priority if you order online . Not sure what my tip was for but it certainly wasn't "To Insure Prompt service". If enough customers run into the same issue I did, they won't need to schedule anyone to work.
