Delivery was converted to Door Dash even tho I ordered directly on Papa John's app. Never rang door bell or knocked. Pizza was cold and quite inedible. Very disappointed. Too many other pizza places to order from to get this type of poor quality. Clearly they made other stops before us and it showed.

The Fiery Buffalo pizza was absolutely delicious and I’m not a fan of the buffalo chx za but this was money. The biggest issue: The receptionist took our NAME WRONG — misspelled our last name, clearly didn’t confirm it over the phone, and then it delayed things in the restaurant — young gentleman couldn’t find our name initially who didn’t have time to waste.
