When I called the store a guy answered and I told him what was going on and he said yeah their app is having some issues. I asked how I could order using my points then and his response was… you can’t. There’s nothing I can do. Very rudely might I add. I said there has to be some way, can I come in and do it if you can’t over the phone. He said no there’s nothing I can do, now if that’s all you need I’ll let you go. BYE. EXCUSE ME??? He was very unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how he spoke to me. So I ended up calling a different location and the guy was very helpful trying to find a solution or a discount I could use. His tone was nice. I won’t ever come to this location again. HORRIBLE customer service!!!
