  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, mainly due to the lack of support and professionalism from the manager, Bailey. We were working with a newer waitress who was clearly trying her best, and we appreciated her effort. However, there was an issue with our bill—we were charged for an item that was incorrect and that we specifically said we no longer wanted. We politely asked multiple times to speak with a Manager Bailey, to resolve the situation. Despite our repeated requests, Bailey never came to our table. Instead, the waitress had to come back to us three separate times, clearly stuck in the middle, trying to handle something that should have been addressed directly by management. To make matters worse, our bill ended up being increased with additional items rather than corrected. It was frustrating and honestly unfair—to both us as customers and to the waitress, who was put in a difficult position without proper support. A manager’s role (Bailey) is to step in during situations like this, and that simply didn’t happen here. Very disappointing experience overall and I feel extremely bad for the lack of support for their staff.

  Got the pick 4 sampler thing tonight everything was cold very disappointing not worth 16.99 justin bartender great guy though abd hard worker

  Absolutely DISGUSTING- IF YOU EAT HERE YOU RISK BEING SICK OR DYING FROM HOW INEDIBLE THEIR expired food is they should be shut down Edit to respond to owner’s response: your generic response is useless to me. You’ve been officially reported to the health department

  This place is run so bad and the food so old I could have literally died!!!! STAY AWAY!!! SO NEGLIGENT I DON’T THINK PEOPLE REALIZE HOW BAD A PLACE HAS TO BE RUN TO SERVE PEOPLE FOOD ITEMS THAT ARE OVER HALF A YEAR PAST EXPIRED. That means that place is NEVER CLEANED. NEVER MANAGED PROPERLY. They NEVER go through their food to check for expiration dates that is a sign of EVEN WORSE GOING ON DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! If they could pass a health inspection I would grow wings and fly. This has the be the grossest place that is open and shouldn’t be open. Don’t get sick or die by eating their expired slop! Not worth it not even to a starving homeless person
