The first time they didn't even add the correct stuff and still charged for stuff they never added. This time was my breaking point because I got 2x footlongs and they gave 2 six inches, didn't add any stuff like tomatoes, wrong bread, not even toasted when asked, and charged us for all that stuff even though they didn't add it. And no refunds were given with photo proof. tldr: this Subway sucks and the one in Melrose is 100x better

I got chicken bacon ranch with onions and tomatoes. No extra bacon, which I paid for and no lettuce. Had to pick off the onions and tomatoes.
