  The staff is so scatterbrained— they hand out incomplete orders. Please hire competent staff. I'm not talking about a one-time mistake; the EXACT SAME thing happens on multiple occasions.

  How hard is it to put together a simple Happy Meal.. with ketchup? Seriously. It’s not a complex order, it’s the bare minimum. Yet somehow it looks like my food got assembled by a tornado and tossed into the box like a wild animal went through it. The lack of basic customer service is actually impressive and not in a good way. No manners, no awareness, no effort. Just attitude. The employees act like acknowledging a customer is optional, whether you’re at the counter or sitting in the drive-thru being completely ignored. And management? Useless. Instead of correcting it, they laugh it off, hang out in the back, and keep the cycle going. No accountability, no standards..just chaos and excuses. Look, nobody is forcing anyone to work at McDonald's. If the job is that unbearable, then move on. But if you’re going to be there, at least act like a decent human being and do the job right. It’s not hard to be polite. It’s not hard to show basic respect. What is hard, apparently, is finding it at this location.

  The employee I encountered withwr needed a break, a day off or additional training. Did not get what I ordered.

  It's called a MOBILE APP... Ordered through the app, drove there, my order wasn't made because I wasn't in the lobby..... What's the point in the app. Now I have to wait 3 days for a refund because I wasn't inside..... It's called a mobile app.
