I made a mobile order for curbside pick up at 11:30am today, and arrived at 11:40. I waited until 11:53am and went inside to pick it up instead. There was approx 10 people waiting to be helped, and no one at the counter to take orders for another 5 minutes! I finally got the attention of a kid that finally got me my order. When I got back work to eat, the food was cold and not good at all. I have ate at this location many times, and today was by far the worst experience! Disappointed!

Clean lobby, food coming out is always a bit slow, usually about ten minutes, which is pretty long for a fast food place. I like to go inside often to use the self service kiosk for my app and usually take advantage of the two for one deal on McDoubles. I like to order on average 8-12 burgers to last me the day and share with co workers, & there is always big dramatic sighs and yells about my "Big order" coming from the kitchen that I think should be addressed. They should understand that there are customers only a few feet away that can hear, it is there job to cook after all, and should be addressed by management in my option😌

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and unfortunately, it’s never been a good experience. I’m new to the area and this is the closest location to me, but the service and food are consistently disappointing. The drive thru staff greet you with a snarky tone and often interrupt while you’re ordering. The food is rarely fresh. it’s usually cold, messy, and hard. When I’ve called to report issues, the staff argue instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. Definitely needs better customer service and food quality control.
