The guy that took my order only said hello through the speaker not the regular line the drive thru employees say but it seemed like he was new, his trainee was giving him a hard time about the heater I over heard. Hope he’s getting trained well. I also hope you guys make sure your products are freshened up 24/7…

Stood at the counter while 3 employees looked at me and did nothing. Was finally given my missed item. All 6 items in my order was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on our breakfast sandwiches. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy with grease. Sausage patties were so over peppered that was all you could taste. My iced latte was mainly creamer. The only thing good in my order was the kids chocolate milk. This store is horrible.

The staff they do have is cursing loud enough that you can hear them clear as day while you’re waiting. Yet they are screwing around in the back as the lobby fills with people. So much for FAST FOOD.
