  Nice little spot to to stop for a hot coffee and friendly customer service. It's never to busy and always clean.

  I hate leaving reviews like this, but Caribou, you earned it in product and service. I chose your Pinecone Road location for a meeting because the $10 combo picturing a cold brew and Denver Breakfast Bowl drew me in. Rylan, your assistant manager took my order. I think it might've been his first day on the job. I told him I wanted to order a $10 combo of coffee and a Denver Bowl. He told me I couldn't have the $10 combo because it was just for Perks members. I told him that's not what the website says. He asked another team member. She said it is no longer just for Perks members, it's for anyone. He started to ring up my order. He couldn't get it to come out to $10. He told me he thinks I need to have a Perks membership. I gave him my daughter's Perks number. He entered it and the price still didn't change. Meantime, a line begins to form behind me. He says he can't fix it and do I want it, or not? Out of courtesy to the customers who were waiting, and because there seemed to be no other option, I paid the extra cost, half defeating the point of coming to Caribou to begin with. My coffee wasn't called out. My Denver Bowl was handed to me in a paper bag. A waste of resources since I was meeting someone and dining in. When I opened the container I was completely shocked at what was served. The Denver Bowl doesn't come close to resembling what is pictured. One half of the bowl was missing and it was only filled half way (see photo) I gave the benefit of the doubt, brought the bowl to Rylan to show him the contents of the bowl I had been served. I asked if this is what it is supposed to look like. He said "yes," not offering to replace the bowl with a substitution. Not apologizing for the lack of quality. The bowl tasted good. But, it was in no way appealing to eat. The quality and quantity of the bowl does not justify $6.09 plus tax. Overall very dissatisfied with my experience at this Caribou and have no plans to visit it in the future. Attached are photos from the website featuring the Denver Bowl, a photo of the slop I was served, and a copy of my receipt.

  Everything was great except that the store was understaffed with only two staff members while driveup line was and the inside line was short but the wait was well over 10 min. The staff, though, did a heck of a job despite being understaffed. Add one more staff if possible at least for the morning wake-up run.🌞

  Most friendly barista at the drive up window this afternoon:) from Green Bay, WI & wearing the sweatshirt to prove it! We talked about the weather, cold temperatures, the overnight snowstorm.... all Caribou employees should be so gifted in conversion. Very nice!
