- HHHonestReviews1 day ago1.0I am writing this because the service at this location has reached a point where it can no longer be ignored. While I generally enjoy the products, the hostile environment created by the staff and management makes visiting a last-resort. The manager (identifiable by her short hair) is consistently unpleasant. I have personally witnessed her yelling at employees and snapping at customers. Her lack of professionalism sets a negative tone for the entire establishment. The staff appears visibly annoyed by basic job requirements. Simple requests or slight order modifications are met with eye-rolls and a "short" demeanor, making customers feel like an inconvenience. The staff rarely listens to the order as it is being given, so mistakes are frequent. This location seems to have forgotten what customer service means entirely. I hope ownership takes the time to reassess the leadership here, as the current culture is unsustainable and overall repulsive.

The employee working the register was rude, he overtalked my wife, and still managed to mess up our order. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when dealing with customers. Hoping this was a one-off, but it definitely left a bad impression. UPDATE : made another visit here very bad experience employees were talking about edibles specifically cookies, complaining about the business and swearing, the ownership should step in and try to protect the brand.
