  Every time I go there it's dirty, they mess up my food some how some way every single time, it used to just be the night crew but now it doesn't matter what time of the day you come in they will barely interact with the people up front for uber and the costumers and they'll mess up your order and "forget" items or just mess up your food Today, when me and my man came in they were ignoring the front back there laughing and there was an uber eats dude waiting about 10 minutes until he yelled and then they finally came They forgot one of our drinks, they didn't cut our quesdialls, gave the smallest finger flick of cheese on the feista potatoes, 80% of our taco shells were broken, and they gave me and him 85% tortilla 15% filling for their Avocado ranch chicken stacker They need to filter out the employees and management

  WHOEVER the older Black Lady that works there is Not Qualified to be a Checkout employee. My fiance ordered and Paid online for her order to be picked up at this location. Got there, she couldn't find the order. So I said i guess just go ahead and prepare it cause she's paid already. I had the online receipt to show her. This employee wasn't going to do it. Wow!!! So I said to her I have this receipt or should my fiance come up here for reimbursement. And this Taco Bell Employee said. "That's nothing to do with us" Really??? Luckily another employee stepped aside and immediately located the order...THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED..YES.. FIRED..RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. ONLY REASON I GAVE EM A RATING OF 1 IS BECAUSE 0 IS NOT AN OPTION.

  Horrible customer service. Came a toss a video of a nice kid trying to place an order and they made him use the kiosk, he wanted a side of fries but accidentally got the fries inside and he told them that and they said he was “rage baiting” them.. how unprofessional and rude..
