  I waited over 40 minutes for something that is supposed to be 10 minutes. The food was cold when I got it. If i can give this place a negative 1,000,000 stars rating, I would. This unacceptable!!!

  Chicken sandwich little dry but the mayo saved it. Everything else was fantastic. Sonic Burger was wonderful. The Reese's peanut butter cup dessert was delicious. Employees are awesome and we had everything we asked for.

  Don't want to sound racist but it's the honest truth and must be known. I remember it used to be good when ran by white owner years ago, now that ran by black owner and majority employees are black, it's a disaster. Ordered our food online, gave them 30 mins to prepare before we arrive. When arrived they said we must still go through the drivethru line and wait like everyone else ordering through drive-thru even though i told them we ordered 30mins ago and just want to pick up. The line wasn't that long probably just 5 vehicle deep, but took them 40+ mins to get all vehicle orders fulfilled, me and my wife was so upset about to leave and just let them take the free money and food but decided to wait and see. When they got to us i told them my name and they couldn't get my name right and find my order, had to repeat my name Kai 3x for them to get it right. When they handed us our order, the food was cold as stone, burgers look like was put together by a 5yr old who doesn't give a damn about cleanliness. Only thing good was the mango drink was decent, but they put way too much ice probably 30% fluid and 70% ice. By the time we clicked Place Order to the time we actually received our food was more than 1hr. As it couldn't get any worst, I ate 1 of the burger and got sick 30mins later, my wife was smart enough she just threw away her burger and ate a bit of the fries. Worst fastfood online order experience we ever had, and worst way to waste $33. Will never order or go to this place ever again. Don't blame Sonic, I've been to much better location like the one in Bloomington which was clean and very efficient, but this one i don't recommend to my worst of enemy.

  Service is always terrible at this location. I often try the drive through for faster service, ½ of the time I have to pull up to the window to order because no one answers at the ordering station.

  First off I'm not expecting a waygu luxury burger and pristine truffle fries. I know where I ordered. There were no customers there when we pulled up, we then waited at the window for 10 minutes expecting fresh, hot food. We got re-dipped-in-oil fries, cold burgers and rotten bacon. It made me physically ill. Sonic used to be up there with Culvers for the best drive through burger. Never again. Never.
