  Went through drive through and the rude employee wouldn’t talk to my boyfriend even tho orders were being taking in the other line and when we said “hello??” The employee answered very rudely and unprofessional. My bf and I didn’t end up ordering and left.

  That mc Cafe drink aint the same here i use to have to have one because of the flavor now I dont want one because of how they make it here I've tried 4 separate times now.

  Had a pick up order and went through drive through. Working just fine until I pull up and 3 cars on the left lane get their orders taken while I'm left talking to a box that isn't getting picked up. Went to drive through and was met with a joyful worker who couldn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. Didn't get directions to which window. Wound up not even getting sauce either for the Huntrix $15 meal. Somehow the night crew is better but shoutout to the manager who came and put the code in.

  This is the bleakest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Despite the large footprint of the building as a customer you only experience a small windowless room where you order by touch screen. Natural light out of the question, bathrooms, absolute not. If you’re searching for a BladeRunner-esque dystopian future vibe this is your spot. As for me I’m going to Culver’s.

  This is the most horrible McDonald's location I have ever been to Edgar in the drive-thru in the late AM is a complete jerk They missed our last item for a medium sprite and when we told them at the window, they refused us the sprite and said we couldn't pay for it and get it and said we were lying and didn't order one. Then we said we will go to a different place for a sprite and he said "good" and also refused us the rest of our food and slammed the window on us. We had to back up to the other window and get our food which was also missing fries. Never in my life have I been told we can't get our food for whatever reason and been yelled at by someone. Like seriously it's too early in the day for such animosity Edgar. This whole order was for someone else except that sprite they refused to let us buy and get which I really really needed because I'm sick n it's the only thing that sounded good to me. Thanks for that and also making my friend who's driving now late for work. Horrible customer service.
