  I came in this morning to get a breakfast Baconator which was fine. I tried to order some sauces and the drive through worker seemed like she hated her job and was frustrated for no reason and also she was literally on her phone while taking my card and took forever to give my card back right away, and lastly I ordered a pull apart Cinnamon roll and it was hard as a rock….. no like actually hard as a rock almost chipped a tooth trying to bite into it. I tried to stick my fork into it and a piece flung onto my jacket. I would recommend not coming back to this specific Wendy’s because of the customer service and just the food overall.

  This place gets an extra star because the staff members are consistently great, however, I have NEVER had an asiago ranch chicken club from here actually come correct. I ask for no lettuce/tomato, get the sandwich, and it is, without fail, just the chicken and about 1 gallon of ranch on the bun, never cheese/bacon included. no lettuce/tomato from my order on the app does NOT mean "Just ranch" despite what the receipt on the sandwich says.

  let the buyer be aware, I placed an order for delivery, it was missing 1/2 the items the other half was burnt and cold. I called and they would only refund half my money for an order I couldn't eat, if could rate them no stars I would. This was the first time ordering delivery and from this store which is new to WSP, to be out of 15 bucks for an order that was thrown out, is inexcusable, the store is built for delivery, not that I'd come back to this store nor any Wendy's again.
