- ULUnstapled Lisa1 day ago1.0let the buyer be aware, I placed an order for delivery, it was missing 1/2 the items the other half was burnt and cold. I called and they would only refund half my money for an order I couldn't eat, if could rate them no stars I would. This was the first time ordering delivery and from this store which is new to WSP, to be out of 15 bucks for an order that was thrown out, is inexcusable, the store is built for delivery, not that I'd come back to this store nor any Wendy's again.

There’s a new AI system and I refused to use it and the employee freaked out at me because they’re a “test” location. Like come on just take my order, I’m NOT using AI and I will not be your guinea pig. I also said my fries were cold PER THE PROCEDURE on the window and they’ll “make me new ones” and the woman said “no” Honestly such an infuriating place.
