  When i was getting a quesadilla I was ordering fries because I thought it would be a side item, but they ended up putting it in my quesadilla instead and whenever I tried to order, they said I was rage baiting them

  Mean staff, I bought a quesadilla and added fries and a drink and then when I got the food I thought the fries were missing so I asked at the counter. "Wheres the fries" and then they said, it's inside the quesadilla and then said don't you see how thick that is and the called me a ragebaiter some how and they thought I was asking for free fries . Meanest taco bell EVER. Never going back

  Saw a video of a really happy person get put down tried using the counter but got sent to the kiosk he ordered the item didn't realise the fries wernt a side if he was at the counter they could of explained it. Staff member then says he's ragebaiting very unprofessional.

  Horrible customer service. Came a toss a video of a nice kid trying to place an order and they made him use the kiosk, he wanted a side of fries but accidentally got the fries inside and he told them that and they said he was “rage baiting” them.. how unprofessional and rude..
