Could use more discipline in cleaning their cooking tools so they don't get leftover burnt pieces stuck to their tools onto the next food order mistaken as rat droppings as in previous customer's complaints. Service was ok, but most times they forget a lot of things. I was still charged for multiple limited time sauce packets and food items and I didn't get them. Let's talk location build. Its terrible. There's only one way in and one way out. Great in shortsighted, but in hindsight, can cause huge traffic and back up orders/lines to the drive thru and in.

Drove back with my receipt and was treated like I was trying to get over or something. No apology, just a window slammed in my face while 4 workers scrutinized my receipt while rolling their eyes. When they opened the window to shove my unbagged, loosely wrapped items at me, I asked if I could order 2 more enchiladas. They said I'd have to go through the line again, which I did, while my poorly wrapped taco came unraveled and lost half its innards. Got home, to realize they never gave me the sauce to go with the nuggets. Trash.
