We tried several items on menu! Foroe Salmon and sea bass were delicious as was crab and artichoke dip. But unimpressed with Ribeye and prime rib. Steaks were not very thick and very chintzy on sides. Desserts were good. Parking is in ramp and can be expensive. Service not impressed. Nice upscale atmosphere.

Great place. Service was exceptional and the menu offers plenty of choices. Calamari is great and a very big portion. Old Fashioned are super. Loved the clam chowder and the Bread Pudding for dessert was fabulous.

My mother and I went to Kincaid's prior to a play at the Ordway. When the server finally arrived to greet us, we ordered our beverages and meal at the same time to stay on a timeline. The bread basket arrived quite a bit later, no butter, no plates. About 45-50 minutes after we ordered, I inquired about our order to our server, as the table next to us, who had arrived much after us, had received their food and a second drink. The server acted irritated with us and said that "this is a busy time of night for the kitchen." I had to ask for a beverage refill at that time because no one had been back to refill water or our drinks. My mother ordered the 3 course menu of salad, entree (crab cakes) and dessert. She didn't receive her salad or dessert. Her entree arrived soggy. I ordered my burger medium rare and it arrived medium-well. I am not sure if the food was sitting under a warming lamp for a long time, but the food was not good, nor freshly made. We had about 10 minutes to eat because we had to get to the play. The manager was kind and comped our entire check. Although I appreciate that gesture, the whole experience was very unfortunate and tainted the evening. We felt like we were a huge burden to the restaurant, and our order was very low-maintenance. A check-in by our server, who was near us the entire evening, would have made all the difference. Won't be heading back to Kincaid's anytime soon if I can help it.

Service was extremely slow and my 55$ steak was subpar at best. The dinner started out well but went south very quickly with extremely slow service and bad steak. Our waitress didn't stop in to check on us to even see if I wanted another glass of wine, sat there for at least 30 minutes after apps and salad waiting for meal. Filet was charred and tough.

When our server said it was 'part of his job' to sell us membership in the 'family of restaurants'. It was very off putting. We will not be returning here. The server did a great job overall but to make them do a hard sell and leave a pamphlet on the table was insane.
