  Cleanest Dominos I’ve been to since the early 2000s as a child. The manager ensures quality and customer care with each order. He helped me with a fundraiser as well. Amazing!

  I ask for extra CHEESE and got an EXTRA burnt Pizza no Extra Cheese the pizza was nasty I will never order from here again

  Wesley has the worst communication skills rude and lies he never once pulled up to my house he called me and i called back 5 times before he answered and said he was here but never came i literally sit outside in the cold after his first call i live two blocks from where he is parked and i told him that because i was watching on the tracker then he hang up on me and i couldn’t call the store because they turn the phone off at 1159!

  I ordered a small cheese pizza for my son and a specialty pizza for me and asked for it to be well done. The pizza came soggy like water was poured on top. I called the woman who answered was kind and was in the process of pulling up my order for a redelivery however the phone call ended. I called back and a man answered the phone as if he didn’t want to be at work that day and wanted everyone to know it. He never once apologized for my order instead he told me it’s gonna be about 45-1 hour delivery because we are busy” which is fine but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. He had zero care or emotion behind his words it was like “ yeah what ever, you'll get the pizza when you get it” customer service was horrible I accepted the delivery and said thank you and without response he hung up ( Which was the last straw ) I called back and asked for a refund because not only is this an inconvenience for me you never once showed remorse or empathy then hung up without saying you’re welcome all I heard was an ended call. I work from home and wanted lunch I spent $42 for horrible service and a soggy pizza. Just quit your job don’t give people a hard time because you don’t want to be at work. He says my refund should be back on my card tomorrow or the next day and it better be. Hopefully calls can be pulled. 12/21/2025 First call : 4:54pm (woman) second : 4:56pm (who needs firing) third: 5:00pm (who needs firing) Also, I read over the lowest reviews and they have the same replies from the store. Just lazy and careless.

  Horrible customer service. I placed an online order and saw that the pizza was done. I called 25 minutes after that and was told that the delivery driver is out and my pizza was next to go… after an hour of waiting, I called back only to be met with verbal insults by the boy who answered the phone when I asked for a refund, then he just hung up on me. I tried calling back several times to confirm my order would be refunded, only to be hung up on over and over again. I should have read the reviews before I ordered here. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere.
