Customer service sucked!!!! I read the board wrong because it was too close together the mixing bowl mashup and cake batter which I stated before my change was even given back and they told me I would have to pay full price for a whole different desert… I understand paying the difference but paying for a different desert it insane! The attitude back was crazy! I drove here for a craving and left with nothing! Someone needs to teach these people customer service and people communication skills!

The girl’s were nice enough, though a little brisk / abrasive in demeanor.
I didn’t really notice on the menu, but when I looked at my bank account later, I was surprised that a medium twist cone costs $4.18 after tax (that means it costs 3.79 before?). I wish this store had the menu prices online so I could verify that math is adding up correctly. It seems a bit overpriced for a soft serve cone.
Also, I was surprised that this store’s pup cups cost 1.90, when the one on Clarence would give them out for free (before they shut down). The girl behind the counter said “well, that store got shut down for rats,” and giggled “I bet you don’t want to go back there now.”

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered cupcakes, and when I received them, they had barely any frosting on them. I politely asked if they could add a little more—offering to pay for the extra—but the staff grabbed them from me with an attitude and started commenting that there was already “more than enough” on them.
I tried to explain that other DQ locations I visit usually include a bit more frosting, and before I could even finish, the employee cut me off and said, “We’re not those other locations.” I reminded them there was no reason to be rude, and I asked if that meant they’re operating below standard for Dairy Queen. Shockingly, they confirmed by saying, “We do exactly what the owner tells us to do.”
I’ve never had an experience like this at any other DQ. The complete lack of professionalism and customer care was very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Dairy Queen. So unprofessional, I had an issue with a cake and called to try and resolve the issue and the manager hung up on me for no reason. I tried to call back and they did not answer. Looking to take the next steps to speak with the actual franchise owner to resolve the issue.
