No positive greeting, rushing the customer, they put item on my food that I did not ask for and then charged me even when I said I would not have them make it over as long as they didn't charge me. Please stop asking people if they want Queso. Customers can request the uncharted item if they want it.

There were 7 counted staff and the lids, utensils, and napkins were low. Utensils were out of stock when asked... Really?? Food was cold. You guessed it - Rice was hard. Chipotle needs a new management to plan and organize a better way of servicing.
