- JLJeremiah Lewis5 days ago3.0I had gift cards to use on an mobile order, but there was no option on the app to pay with gift cards. We asked if we could use the gift cards when we got there, and all the manager told us was that there was nothing she could do. Chipotle disappoints once again.

Also, I no longer online order from here either as it also unreliable with the time it takes to get my food from when I ask to pick up. It is worth going to a different out of the way Chipotle store other than this one. Also… several times after this wait then do not have items. Ex: this time no beans at all or fajita veggies at all Workers kind but not timely and not great food experience and probably if honest like other businesses understaffed right now.

But know that it's hot or miss with the lines, so we order to go, and EVER-FREAKING-TIME it's never done, feels like its never started. If the app didn't take payment already, I would just hop in line since that seems to be quicker. Online orders should be PRIORITY, just like every other fast food place does.
