I normally love chipolte but it consistently is not very good at this location. I think corporate needs to come and retrain to make it like other locations. It sucks because this is closest to where I live but never go because of it. Dirty store as well.

Usually solid ingredients but 3rd time in a row they’ve been out of chicken at 6pm and have to wait

Every table was dirt, milk was not cold, as for a cheese burrito and workers didn’t understand me. I do not speak Spanish. End up with a kids one only. Wasn’t heated. Cheese was cold. Never going there again.

JUST DON'T! I told myself I was done eating at this Chipotle because they are ALWAYS out of something either crispy tortillas or chips or some piece of tech is down. Then my dumbass ordered on Doordash without thinking and I waited 20 minutes before the restaurant called me to tell me they are out of sofritas 🥴 This was after the restaurant confirmed the order so I couldn't get a refund thru the app. When I called the restaurant you get a recording that they can't do anything about delivery orders and you can't speak to their staff. At least the server and the doordash chatbot offered me a replacement and I got something. To be clear this doesn't reflect poorly on the staff or delivery drivers- maybe management but definitely CHIPOTLE AS A COMPANY has slowly become....🗑🗑🗑

I decided to stop by to get some OMG
I LOVE CHIPOTLE, chipotle is my life.. since it’s been awhile & that itch needed to SCRATCHED. I’m so glad I did! I had flashbacks of Chipotle's 13 Characteristics. IYKYK. lol. But man, the gentleman that helped me. I forgot to get his name but he was Asian he was such a beast. One man wrecking crew. The fluidity and poise he displayed while dealing with me and the rush that was silently building behind me.. I just sat in awe… To the GM of that location please give that man a RAISE. Like neow! Turnover is common with fast casual places & you need to retain him at all cost!!! Top performer is what you used to call them lol. Thanks again!
