We ordered ahead for a specific time and it seemed like our food was made a while before that. They also mixed up the labels of the two burritos, and even after we figured that out, we both thought that something was very off with the taste of our food. Not to mention that the chips were inedible, due to how stale they were. Very disappointed and grossed out and will never eat at this Chipotle again.

It is almost always super dirty. they ALWAYS give tiny portions, they especially skimp on the meat and then give you so much rice. I know that is something chipotle is kind of known for, but every single other location that I have been to has not been this bad. One time I was here and when I went to throw my napkin away the trash just wasn’t there and I looked around and didn’t see any trash, I felt bad doing this but I just set the napkin on top of where the trash was supposed to be because I felt that would be better than just leaving it on a table. An employee came up to me and rudely told me that I could have just thrown it in the trash and then pointed to the trashcan that was just sitting in the far corner where customers never go. I felt that this was rude and unnecessary. How was I supposed to know that you moved the trash to a weird hidden location?

The worker refused to let me order a quesadilla even though there was literally no one in line. I wanted to pay cash, not order online, so she wouldn’t allow me to order my food. Her unwillingness to do her job was actually a blessing in disguise because the place was filthy despite there being no other customers and 5 workers just standing around.

My first bite had some individual globules of fat and that was kind of surprising because I've had a good number of chipotle burritos in the past and don't recall that. But I love fat, so I figured that's OK. When I was 2/3 of the way into the burrito, I started noticing some bites had a slightly bitter undertone, and some bites were uncomfortably crunchy. The bite I was working on was particularly bitter. Good gracious, I spit that out to see if there was something there and found what seemed to be hard burnt meat. There was a strong carbon aftertaste. So it was burnt crunchy pieces mixed in that was giving it that unpleasant mouthfeel and taste. Then I started reading these reviews and completely lost my appetite… I sympathize with the staff. I believe they are likely overworked and underappreciated.

This is easily the most disorganized, low-quality chipotle I've ever been to. Drinks are regularly out of stock or in the wrong containers and therefore mislabeled. They frequently run out of (usually meat) ingredients only halfway through their hours of operation. Proportions for ingredients are all over the place and I frequently get bowls and burritos that have half the amount of food they should and were clearly flung together with little care for the quality of the finished product. Yesterday I got an entirely cold burrito that was 50% guacamole and had about 10 black beans in the entire thing. This is the closest chipotle to where I live, but this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm not ordering from this location anymore, and if that means less Chipotle overall, so be it.
