Then my dumbass ordered on Doordash without thinking and I waited 20 minutes before the restaurant called me to tell me they are out of sofritas 🥴 This was after the restaurant confirmed the order so I couldn't get a refund thru the app. When I called the restaurant you get a recording that they can't do anything about delivery orders and you can't speak to their staff. At least the server and the doordash chatbot offered me a replacement and I got something. To be clear this doesn't reflect poorly on the staff or delivery drivers- maybe management but definitely CHIPOTLE AS A COMPANY has slowly become....🗑🗑🗑

I had flashbacks of Chipotle's 13 Characteristics. IYKYK. lol. But man, the gentleman that helped me. I forgot to get his name but he was Asian he was such a beast. One man wrecking crew. The fluidity and poise he displayed while dealing with me and the rush that was silently building behind me.. I just sat in awe… To the GM of that location please give that man a RAISE. Like neow! Turnover is common with fast casual places & you need to retain him at all cost!!! Top performer is what you used to call them lol. Thanks again!
