  This Chipotle has completely gone into shambles. I ordered online 30 minutes before I got there and the food wasn’t ready or brought out yet. The workers in front showed irritation when customers asked about their online orders. Then after so long of waiting they finally brought out a cart with all the online orders. Then I had to argue with the worker because she paused as if everybody was supposed to just dig in for their foods. She finally said what’s your names? And I already was picking up the bag I seen my name and I told her this one is mine my name is Cario. She said “no your not” 😵‍💫 Worst come to worst though when I bit into my food the burrito was so cold that they either held my food so long it got cold or they’re serving cold meat.

  Ordered a steak bowl. They gave me someone else's bowl not once but twice! Came back a 3rd time and they still got my order wrong. Told the manager about it my next visit. He told me tough luck. Food is consistently unfresh. Now I go out of my way to go to other Chipotle locations.

  I ordered online because the sign on the door said online orders only. However its taking them way longer to fill these orders because the workers have to read the tickets. Also a gentleman came in and asked if he could place an order if not online. The lady who is working the line said, "online only. What you cant read?" Absolutely unbelievable In a room full of black people and him being the only other white person I bet she wouldnt have said that to amyone else. You should be fired.

  Out of chicken and rice. Staff was extremely rude....it seemed like noone wanted to be there. 5 other guests walked out also.... avoid this location

  Food was sitting in the back "for hours". The employees seemed cool and all, but I was picking up a huge order for my brother and I got in to pick up a 4:30 pickup order maybe about 4:36 (it was icy out and I had to park further than I expected) but when I asked the folks at the counter, they said that they were expecting me a long time ago and that the food was on a table in the back and had been there for hours. I was apologetic that there was some sort of mix up but showed them the order confirmation saying the pickup time. The receipts on the bag definitely said the 4:30 though. Normally I'm not fussy about food sitting a bit, but my brother ordered a lot of food to do a bunch of meal prep and store it in the fridge/ freezer, and it might not really be safe to eat if the employee wasn't exaggerating. I doubt it was totally their fault, they probably get told to make a bunch of stuff as soon as it comes in, but if companies would staff properly and take better care of their workers, they'd have time to check these things. They didn't offer to remake it though, and I didn't realize until I was already gone that I shouldn't have accepted it. Hopefully my brother can get a partial refund because it was a LOT of food.
