  Garbage food, bad service, got a bag of chips and there was about 3 chips in there with no salt.

  I have given this place so many chances because I live and work near it but I happily drive two or 3 miles out of my area to go to a better spot. The staff is rude. They get the orders wrong regularly and the food is not what I expect from chipotle tonight. I just got chips and they are as stale as stale can be. I love chipotle but don’t go to this one

  I don't normally go to this Chipotle because every time I go there my experience or food is not that good. But I decided to go today since I was closer to this area. The chips were very stale, couldn't even eat any of it, so chewy it wouldn't even break apart. Then the person who bag my food up was rude, didn't say anything, I asked if my card went through because the screen was blank, she just shook her head. Then shoved my bag of food to me. Will not stop there ever again.

  I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Chipotle on Grand Ave. The cleanliness of the establishment was completely unacceptable, as the dining area and facilities appeared poorly maintained and unsanitary. More alarmingly, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and hostile. During my visit, employees were seen threatening customers, creating an environment that felt unsafe and entirely unwelcome. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these significant health and safety concerns.

  This review is a response to another review I found disgusting and unnecessary. You brought race into this situation with zero evidence and built an entire narrative off your assumptions. Saying “I bet she wouldn’t have said that…” is not accountability! It’s speculation based on who you noticed in the room. Referring to “a room full of Black people” is grossly objectifying. You used Black people as props to support your argument instead of seeing them as individuals who had nothing to do with your complaint. Most telling, you centered your outrage on a white man being spoken to rudely, as if rudeness only matters when it happens to him. The issue isn’t who was in the room or what race anyone was...the issue is behavior. You chose to racialize it in a careless, biased way. If you want to be taken seriously, focus on what actually happened instead of projecting motives, flattening people into scenery, and framing harm selectively. You know who you are XOXO
