Nobody ever picks up the wrong order! A bunch of young adults that don’t take their job seriously, and I’m a young adult myself! They seriously need to get new management to ensure things run smoothly for all parties; customers, staff, and The Bruegger name. They’re ruining everyone’s day and convenience

Continuously getting orders wrong and setting food out without calling names. I recognize issues like this are top down so mgmt i guess needs to train people better/pay your staff enough to care.

My favorite is the Turkey Chipotle on an Asiago Parmesan bagel. The interior is lacking in decor and fengshui, and the service can be a little bit slow at times. I highly recommend this Bruegger's.

Also, I needed an extra box and the team was slammed but the manager came out and folded it up for me and got it right. Great team over here.
