  For the 3rd time Huav made my pizza and didn’t add any pepperoni after I placed the order for extra pepperoni. Issued no apology afterwards just took the pizza and began making the order again.

  Edit to add: The GM of this location, Steph, called me to apologize for my experience. And quite honestly, that says a lot. I truly appreciate her effort in making things right and I will continue ordering from Domino’s. You’re amazing, Steph! Keep it up! Changing my one star to five stars. ⭐️ I was hoping to have a great Friday night and enjoy some pizza. I love Domino’s and I’ve been a long-time customer, but tonight was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First, I placed an order through the app. No sweat. I do it all the time. I got a notification saying my order was complete, so I check outside my door and no order was there. I give it some time because maybe the driver is still on their way. About 20 minutes go by and still no pizza. So I call the store (this store, this location) and explain “hey, the app says my order was delivered and it’s not here. Unsure what’s going on, just wanted to check in. No sweat if the driver is still driving.” A man first tells me “yeah, the driver tried calling you and said you didn’t answer.” (They need to buzz in to be let into the apartment.) “I didn’t receive any calls. Where is my pizza?” “It’s here. You’ll have to come get it.” “I paid for delivery and I tipped the driver. Can you deliver again please?” He hands the phone to a woman who refused to give me her name. She then tells me that the driver did call me and I didn’t answer, so basically tough luck. I told her I received zero calls. And she told me I couldn’t prove it, to which I said I could just screenshot my calls and show you. She told me “yeah, you can delete calls.” Basically saying I’m lying and telling me tough luck, come get your order. At this point, I had a crying baby in the background and I wasn’t gonna keep arguing because this woman was borderline yelling at me for THE STORE’S OWN ERROR, so I told her to cancel my order and refund me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I did NOT receive a call and I should not have to pay for delivery and tip the driver and then go pick up my own food! Never ordering from here again. P.S. I ordered from Papa John’s instead and not only did I receive my pizza, it tasted DELICIOUS. ✌🏻😎

  Mimi was lovely, she helped me order through the phone. Very nice and respectful customer service. Food was delicious as well. Will come back to empty my pockets for domino's.
