  we came in they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. tried to order 4 soft shell tacos the worker with the stiff wig lined them all up on top of each other and gave one scoop of rice and steak for 4 tacos and then before we could say something she went to help someone else, expected way better staff considering it’s on grand, we left before she was done helping someone else because we were so thrown off

  as I write this I am in the hospital for severe food poisoning. The guy that made the burrito was nice but I cannot stop crying I am in so much pain

  The night crew after 9 has horrible customer service. The counter in which they make their food was disgusting. No one cleaned the area. The food just kept sliding down the line into the mess until it got to the register to be rang up. The DoorDash delivery people did not stand a chance. No one even looked up at them. I counted 7 who waited well over 15 minutes. Two of the team members that were dealing with the food upfront. Then decided to go have a whole conversation. Without looking at any of the folks in the lobby that was waiting to pick up food. Finally, someone asked if they can go check on an order. There was a rack full of food, just sitting back there and no one decided to do a full round of customer service. Terrible. Totally different from the daytime.

  by far the worst location. stay far away from this one. better off going to qdoba! everytime i go to this location this chipotle is an absolute mess, the workers are cool but they arent reliable with their ingredients. i waited 20 minutes in line and a somali girl got 5 scoops of corn on her bowl and when it was finally my turn i was told there was no more corn. oh and no more guac!! it was only 7:30PM. dont they close around 11? what happens then? this chipotle needs to be shut all the way down.

  This may be the worst Chipotle location in MN There’s really no surprise that over 90% of the reviews at this location are 1 star. My first mistake was ordering online. Pickup time scheduled for 7 PM. I got there 5 mins early so it was no biggie having to wait a little bit for my order. However, at 7:02 pm I got a notification saying my order was ready for pickup and to notify staff at the service counter. I made sure to show the guy at the register and was told, “Multiple orders are being made and they won’t be brought out front until 7:30 PM.” This literally makes no sense and just causes everyone food to come out ice cold. Long story short he went to check in the back and came out saying it hasn’t been made yet. Literally 15 minutes later I asked again and he goes back and hands me someone else’s order. Thankfully I checked the bag after looking at it in the car. Had to walk back in then he apologizes giving me my order that has indeed been sitting on a shelf in the back for over 20 minutes. Moral of the story save your $$ and time. Also I agree with other reviews, the place is a mess and very dirty. Considering how dirty the store is just imagine how gross the back kitchen is… I think I just might become a Qdoba person from now on 🤦🏼‍♀️
