  Frozen hash browns, a hot hollow bagel, not washing hands before putting gloves on to make food. I was running very late for work already and I’m pregnant and depending on my breakfast before work but I couldn’t eat the hash browns and the bagel is barely any food as it is just the shell of a bagel. I brought the hash browns back and When I called for a refund they told me to do it through the app but there’s no option for it in the app. Terrible food and terrible service!

  I always come in and get serve fast today today they don’t have the good bagel maker short staff they say be the same amount. Of ppl when I come in everyday other day and they very snail slow and making me late to work very aggravating probably wouldn’t be coming back

  This was my first time ever at any Bruegger's Bagels. ( I visited the one on Grand Avenue.) What I wanted was a toasted sesame seed bagel with smoked salmon, plain cream cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and capers and a large latte. This bagel order comes with a plain bagel; so I asked for a toasted sesame seed bagel. I received, very quickly, a delicious toasted sesame seed bagel with the toppings I wanted. The sesame sees bagel was loaded with sesame seeds, and the sandwich was delicious and filling. My latte was pretty good, too. I'm going to order to take home one more sesame seed bagel and an onion bagel along with their veggie cream cheese container. I plan to return and try some of their egg sandwiches! The service was just fine, too.

  They have shorted me twice on my pick up orders. It sucks that I really need to open the box and count the bagels before I leave. Update that I did contact Brueggers via the contact us on their website with my order information. They have not responded, my expectations are low. 2nd Update Customer service did contact me and made it right I have changed my rating to reflect this..
