My daughter went to pick up the cake at 4 o’clock and it wasn’t ready, they gave her an Oreo cookie cake that didn’t have writing on it and it was supposed to say, happy 24th birthday Luke so they had to write it on while she was waiting. Two different colors of blue and the writing looked like it was from a two-year-old. I got charged $40 for the wrong cake, terrible writing and the cake not being ready on time.
- TStalia stoptenOct 20, 20251.0one of the slowest 'fast food' places ever. there's no reason it takes 20+ minutes to make a burger and an ice cream when there is no drive through orders, and nobody inside, with at least 5 employees. i'm not sure if everyone here is just incompetent, but majority of the time people are just standing around doing nothing. was way better before their 'reopening' also 'relations team' don't even bother. you've been seeing reviews for months and nothing has changed. this place is an actual joke
