  This was the 3rd time of problems in the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here Workers were very busy….. talking about other things instead of tending to customers Portions are SMALL. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. Food quality is bland & not fresh Some bites today tasted like burnt rubber Missing items on my order every single time - missing some ingredients completely from meals as well - just not a quality Chipotle that we know to love … drive a lil extra and go to Roger’s Chipotle, you won’t be disappointed.

  Lately this location has been serving straight slop and ridiculous portion sizes. When they first opened in 2024, it was insane how bad the food quality was, but I got a few good meals later. I genuinely believe they are making them horrible on purpose now, and I've uninstalled the Chipotle app. The AI chatbot is worthless and gave me a free drink for finally complaining. 10 bucks for this? It looks like a 4‑year‑old made it.

  Doordashed a burrito bowl. Some of the white rice was very undercooked, almost to the point I question if the undercooked pieces that I find were even cooked at all. Probably wont be ordering from this location again.

  Asian dude with the prickley beard (might be the supervisor) gave the smallest portions and looked annoyed when I asked for more sour cream. Didn’t know portion size came out his paycheck🙄

  This was a pick up order. I ordered a large chips & guac. Got my guac home. It has an old brown layer. And it’s not even full. For the price, I’m feeling a bit ripped off. Per your pricing. I threw about $2 away that I could have spent on an overpriced beverage somewhere else🤣 It cannot be so busy. That your pre-loading these containers. Let alone wayyyyyy ahead of time, frugally. Ok, I’m done 🤘🏻
