Their response was ya we can do shakes, menu says shakes will be back soon. So employees just choose when they want to make shakes for the customers.

Finished out order, then went to pay, cashier didn't confirm total when taking my card, and found out after getting our food that we had been charged for a second Quarter Pounder without us knowing until we looked in the bag. This is not the first time they've gotten our order wrong here, but its the first time they added on to our order without our knowledge or consent. Very frustrating.
