This is not the first time they've gotten our order wrong here, but its the first time they added on to our order without our knowledge or consent. Very frustrating.

The exact same thing happened both times we were there, so I'll only talk about yesterday when I was there. I placed the order at 8:36 pm for carside delivery. Got there, entered our spot number and sat and WAITED!! We watched countless cars pull in, go through the drive through, and leave with their food. My app told me my food was ready at 8:38 pm. It was 8:58 pm when i finally went into the restaurant to look for my food! I walked in and 3 of the workers were just standing behind the counter screwing around, it was not busy at all! I asked where my carside order was. He picked up an empty bag laying on the back counter and said "for Sarah" i said yes. He started grabbing all of our food that was just sitting there in the warmer, right next to the bag! It had all been sitting there for almost 20 minutes! The fries were not salted with one speck of salt, all the food was cold. I spent over $30 on this, again! Mental Note - NEVER EVER go to this McDonald's again!! And never use the app if you go! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
