  The food is usually decent at this location, however standing for over 20 freaking minutes at 10to 7:00PM is unacceptable when the order contained a Medium Fry/Drink. What are you smoking!?

  They never get my order right as I write this review I had 2 quarter pounds and the onion were nasty and had a smell they were old onions never get straws one time I had a large smoothie revived a medium with it not even filled all they way Also had a frappe no whip they put whip they have been so bad with food and getting orders right I’d rather go the extra miles to the McDonald in wait park

  This McDonald's is constantly staffed by people with attitude issues. You can tell they don't want to be there(don't blame them though) but you consistently get eye rolls, snippy comments, and the window shut in your face if you have any questions. Our fries are soggy and cold 60% of the time and sandwiches are almost never correct. If I pay to put bacon, lettuce, or tomato on my sandwich its theft when put on. They are never willing to find a solution other than going back, which is not always possible. When asked if there was an issue with the shake machine because the 3 ordered are extremely liquidity she said no, rolled her eyes, slammed the window. Then handed me the food, all shoved in one bag to the point you can't even close it to help it stay warm and got even more attitude when asked for another bag. A smile and pleasant voice(even faked) aren't hard, that bag was against procedure (I have worked at a McDonald's before) and serving shakes that aren't properly made is a health code violation. I'd avoid this store if you have any special orders or get irritated by some the worst customer service you've ever experienced.

  This is literally the worst location in Saint Cloud. They never get the order right, something is almost always missing from the bag. They treat you with zero respect and act as if you ordering food at the place they work is the biggest inconvenience that could happen to them. The food is almost always served cold and soggy, sandwiches are always a mess, and if you ask for modifications for your sandwich don’t expect it.

  First we had an issue with our sprite and when my friends went back in to tell them to change the bag for the sprite then our sauces were missing and were snapped at many times everyone on shift except reylin were rude to us
