I do door dash and waited over 10 minutes for the employees to finally acknowledge that I was here to pick up an order. I sat at the speaker repeatedly saying “hello?” And went to the pickup window and saw no one but all of the lights inside were on. I went back around the building to the speaker again and did the same thing saying “hello? I’m here to pickup a DoorDash.” I went to the first window a little while later after waiting even longer and saw 3 people hiding in the back and the female was wearing a headset so she could hear me. I kept honking to get their attention and they looked at me and ignored me. I got outside of my car and showed my phone with my door dash app and still had to wait for them to acknowledge me even though they saw me. After 20 minutes someone finally came up to me and all they said was “sorry” and then the 3 spoke Spanish to each other. This can make my DoorDash get bad reviews and affect my work and also caused the customer to not receive their order in a timely manner. Over all it was an absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. Will never come here myself anymore and don’t think I’ll ever DoorDash here again. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They need to be fired.

I came at 10:56pm to order and they completely ignored me for 10 minutes straight mind you they saw me through their drive thru window and still chose to ignore me for a very long time until they got tired of me and replied. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. Avoid this branch at all costs.
