  If there was an option for 0 stars thats what I would put.... Every single thing about the experience was horrendous! This is the first time I have ever been so disappointed with a TB & I eat it regularly. Placed an online order for pick up at 12:03p. Arrived at the same time as pick up. No greeting, no food ready. I also had to use the bathroom & my S.o. waited at the front counter for assistance to access the bathroom for over 20 mins. Mind you, during this 20 minutes the food was not ready. Not only that but a family who came in after us got their food before us. To make matters worse, the restaurant's CO2 was out & only non-carbonated drinks but really ONLY water. My S.O. purchased and extra drink for 3.99+ only for them to give him a cup for a beverage that couldnt even be dispensed. During the time, groups of other people came in & order their food & used the restroom & was served before us, even after standing at the counter for ~30mins. Finally at 12:32p, we got our food. The staff didnt acknowledge our presence for 30 mins & made jokes about online orders. & our food sat so long on the line, the shells were soggy/stale. Items had minimal filling. The overall experience was absolute awful!

  Always love taco bell these folks are pushing themselves to make food wish Corp wasnt so shit and hired more people while paying them a livable wage

  They messed up my order forgot half the items then when I called to let them know the crew insisted they didn’t mess it up that I was wrong and had to bring the bag back so they could count the items before I could get the rest of my food what a joke didn’t bother returning. The rest of my food would’ve been cold by the time they got done.

  This is the only time I have ordered online from a restaurant and it actually encouraged me to be less lazy and cook at home more. Swapped one beef doritos taco for beans, it had beef. Also, far more importantly, all the items had next to no filling in them. It was seriously like eating a folded over tortilla with a couple millimeters of ingredients inside. I am disputing this transaction if the location doesn't give me a full refund soon. I filed a formal complaint but I've heard that Taco Bell rarely responds to those and thinks a coupon should suffice when every pitiful item costs 7 dollars a piece now. Nope.
