  This is the only time I have ordered online from a restaurant and it actually encouraged me to be less lazy and cook at home more. Swapped one beef doritos taco for beans, it had beef. Also, far more importantly, all the items had next to no filling in them. It was seriously like eating a folded over tortilla with a couple millimeters of ingredients inside. I am disputing this transaction if the location doesn't give me a full refund soon. I filed a formal complaint but I've heard that Taco Bell rarely responds to those and thinks a coupon should suffice when every pitiful item costs 7 dollars a piece now. Nope.

  Took 23 minutes walked in no one was in the store, 1 car in drive thru. We ordered and then 2 more people came in... Still way too long to get an order out. With how many people working.. at least 5 so still no excuse on why it took so long. Then we needed our drink and 4 minutes to finally have my 13 year old son ask if we would get it only for someone to realize "sorry we are out of that drink" nope but I don't expect anything more from restaurants in St Cloud these days sadly....

  The lady didnt acknowledge us to take our order and a gentleman customer said its quicker to just do it on the screen. We ordered chillies cheese burritos and they put refried beans on them..yuck..didnt like that so after 20 had to throw it out as we were stopping on the way up North. Also we were in a truck amd trailer... we couldn't make it into the drive through as the turn was to Sharp and to small. There was no way to go around the building so we had to back out 100 yards after pulling in not knowing the lot.

  Holiday hours said they were open until 2, sat in line at 1:30 got to speaker at 1:45 and said they were closed, went to the window and they said they were closed even though their posted hours were until 2am, guy that answer the window was very rude land slammed and locked the window on us.

  I’m not usually one to complain because I work in fast food myself and I know how it is it’s 11:30 you want to go home. I get it. But this place is just terrible from the employees to the food. The gentleman that took my order was nice and welcoming but the person who gave me my food basically shoved the bag in my face. When I asked him for sauce he sighed and just threw random sauces in. I got a cheesy Gordita crunch and the hard shell tasted like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. My boyfriend said the same about his. When he opened his burrito it was so burnt that’s all you could taste and the quesadilla looked and tasted the same. I know my single service doesn’t matter to you but I can safely say I wouldn’t stop here again even if it was my last option. Photo of burrito pictured.
