- ZSZoe SteckelbergFeb 25, 20261.0there used to be a time where the food here was actually edible. i got a chicken bowl with white rice and a few toppings. the rice wasn't done all the way. the chicken was hard & dry. and sadly this isn't the first time the food quality here has been absolute trash. the other locations don't seem to have a quality issue like this location does. i definitely will not be coming back to this location to eat.

Workers never listen to requests for light amount of items. My burrito was extremely messy and wrapped with no care resulting in it leaking all over the bag, and my car.

Employees are often rude about any request you may have and only a few employees are friendly and represent the company well. If you have the time to go to the chipotle in Sartell as it is far superior to this location.
