The CO2 machine was out so all they were serving for beverages were water and lemonade. The wings were okay. 3 new flavors were not being served. The BOGO Tuesday is complicated.

Service bad. Atmosphere bad. Staff bad. After we asked to have a ten person party the waitress disappeared to the bathroom for 10 minutes. We ended up standing there for so long that we took matters into our own hands. We managed to find two clean high tops tables in the sea of empty seats to push together. We never saw that waitress again.. The bartended served us and she was great. Melissa. Even though she was great, the service was still extremely slow. After 7 of us got our food an hour and a half in.. the rest of the food never showed. The explanation from the "manager" was that they mis made it. With the time that had passed they must have miss made it 7 times. They comped the food that never showed but nothing else. Literally shut this place down. I will be alerting the local health department of the cleanliness of this restaurant on Monday. Love to hear the response from BWW on this one!
