- KBKris Braegelmann2 days ago1.0Slow service. 12 workers and couldn't even clean the tables. All tables dirty. It was busy but the workers were too occupied talking to themselves then helping the customers. Had to repeat a couple times what wanted as they dont pay attention. Food is good but service is horrible.
- BVBill V4 days ago1.0I was really disappointed with the bowl I received from this location today. As you can see from the photo, the bowl was incredibly underfilled—it barely covered the bottom of the container. For the price, you expect a much heartier portion than what was provided here. To make matters worse, they completely forgot the lettuce that I had ordered. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and end up with a sparse bowl that’s missing key ingredients. I hope the management can look into their portioning and quality control, as this was not up to the usual standard. Meat was all fatty. (The difference is this picture is real) order was done by the app.

The only issues is some workers that are just starting give less than the veterans. And I don't go through the drive thru because they five a lot less than if you order in person

My bowl had exactly 2 pieces of bell pepper (fajita veges), green salsa is brown, and the portions are not consistent with other locations. The 2nd street location is solid.
