  Visited on 3/13/26 for the tattoo bogo offer. My son and I thought it was cool so we went together. It was packed but the crew flowed very nicely wasn't in line long. Didn't have to really show tattoo due to obvious time constraints although I flashed mine since it was on my wrist😅 Special mention to the manager forgot to get her name but she was professional, polite and kept that line moving!! Food was great also💯

  Absolutely terrible expiernence I come to pick up my order and they have already gave it to someone else even tho I have the confirmation and then the lady throws a big fit about coming later than an hour but it wasn’t even an hour yet but if I pay for my food and get backed up and pick it up late it shouldn’t matter either way don’t give my food away to somebody else and we wouldn’t have the problem will never be coming back to this location ever!!!

  I was here on 03-01 at like 2pm and they ad no cheese, the prepline top where they built my burrito was just covered in spilled sauce, sour cream, food, etc. They pulled a salsa container and spilled a sauce i didn't order all over my burrito and instead of offering to replace it the goofball who spilled all over ALMOST reached in w his finger to wipe it off my burrito. Then the slide my burrito right through the spilled salsa and old food and sour cream w no care. I finally said something because my wrapper was cover in old food and instead of replacing the tin foil he grabbed another foil and just double wrapped it. Quality control and management is non existent. I NEVER write bad reviews but this was over the top terrible.

  This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I love Chipotle but this one is a dive and the service sucks and the food sucks. I just placed a delivery order and paid for guacamole and my guacamole was missing. I tried calling the place and you can't talk to anyone there. You just get an automated robot that tells you you can't talk to anybody. I have been to this place in person as well and been unhappy every time I go there. This place really needs some help because there are a lot of really good Chipotles out there but this one is absolutely the worst I've been to!!
