I rarely write reviews however today’s interaction (04/07/2026) 2:55 pm was very unwelcoming. I saw there was a new sauce and I asked her what’s it’s called and I asked for 2 bowls with the exact same things which somehow made her annoyed and become rude. The food was fire however the service is not welcoming and doesn’t represent the company well. I would rather have an employee not talk to me than be rude tbh.

When we asked about a new sauce, she didn’t respond properly, which made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable. While ordering, I asked twice to add hot sauce and salsa, but she didn’t seem to hear me. A staff member standing nearby had to repeat my request for her. When my boyfriend asked her to add the same toppings to his order, she gave him an unpleasant look, which felt disrespectful. We tried to be polite, but overall the experience felt less welcoming than expected. I hope customer service can be improved in the future.
