  I ordered delivery from the Snelling Ave, Roseville, MN location about 3 weeks ago. The driver didn’t show up after an hour from the notification they had left the store. I called and the amazing evening manager, a young lady, handled my call so well! She couldn’t explain why the driver hadn’t made it and did not make any excuse for it. She gave me a credit for my meal. I ordered a tuna sub and she knew it would be soggy by the time I received it. I ended up getting a ride to the store and ordering it in person. She really did handle the situation perfectly. I don’t drive which is why I ordered delivery. The driver showed up to my house a total of 1 hour 45 mins after he left the store…

  I had ordered pretty late in the afternoon day before Easter and they called to say had run out of a sauce for a wrap. I swapped out for a sandwich of lesser value which was a bummer, but found in our delivery, two extra cookies and a bag of chips:) It really is the the little things and it made our day:) Thanks guys really appreciate it👍🏼

  Update: when asking to have my order cancelled the "manager" said he was going to call the cops on me and the front desk employee who the "manager" was convinced stole my food. When in actuality, my food was delivered to the hotel a block away. I ordered online for delivery. After an hour, I still hadn't received the order. I called the store and they told me they're "not dominos" and they can't track drivers. I've never had an issue with Jimmy John's before ever. I am very disappointed. Their online tracker is also not functional.

  Freaky fast does not apply to this location. Ordered lunch for delivery at 11:55 AM. Food was delivered at 1:40 PM. I work two blocks away from this location. I could have crawled on my hands and knees to the store and gotten my sandwich faster all while skipping the delivery charge.
