  Service could use improvement. Two guys were scrubbing the same station for 20 minutes. No one wanted to come to the counter to take an order. Food took the longest amount of time.

  Went at 2pm on a saturday. Literally no one in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru but me. Placed an order on the app for two people, and still had to wait about 4 minutes after pulling up to the window. Most of the food was okay, but I ordered a chicken quesadilla with light sauce and I got a quesadilla with almost no cheese or chicken that was LOADED with sauce. One half was edible, the other half some cheese in it but the 4th section had literally zero cheese or chicken in it. It was flat like a damn tortilla chip. Honestly I dont even know you could possibly grill an entire quesadilla where the end of it was completely flat. I understand fast food can be inconsistent but this goes far beyond that.

  I walked in told then I had a online pickup,and said my 1st and last name.She said ,in a few minutes. Inpatiently waited.20 minutes later I had to say something. It was sitting on the counter.It said ready at 453pm.I received it at 513pm!? I literally havent been to Taco Bell for over 5 years,because its overpriced junk food.And I won't be back anytime soon either!

  Hands down the worst taco bell around. They ALWAYS miss something, they take forever, and they're rude. I don't know why I've given them so many chances. Out of my last 5 visits, 4 were terrible.
